Joseph Pullen

Joseph Pullen has lived in Paris as well as moved to New York City, where he built a successful career in advertising and marketing. These pursuits reflect his passions. For Joseph, no other city compares to New York’s energy, diversity and its cultural offerings. Growing up in Chicago – long considered a center for architectural innovation, from Daniel Burnham to Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Frank Lloyd Wright – architecture is in his DNA. His passion for real estate stems from that.

Over the course of his career, Joseph has learned to collaborate with – and manage – a variety of people and personalities. His energy and enthusiasm is infectious, and his positive nature puts people instantly at ease.

From his own experience, he understands the emotional aspects of buying and selling real estate, and his levelheaded approach to challenges and problem solving serves his clients well. They find him intelligent, insightful and, perhaps most importantly, trustworthy.

Whether walking his dog in the early morning hours of his quiet neighborhood, to the throngs of tourists in Soho and the theatergoers spilling into Time's Square, Joseph loves everything about the city. And he never tires of New York’s ever-changing neighborhoods. “In such a dynamic city, how could I not be passionate about the real estate which is so much a part of its identity?”

While he continues to be fascinated with New York’s architectural landscape, he also considers himself a film buff and frequently goes to screenings. More than proficient in French, he can switch almost effortlessly from English to French in a conversation. He is someone clients want to befriend. (Some might say it’s the Midwestern in him.)
