I have been in the real estate industry for approximately 21 years. I worked for mortgage brokerage firms that are no longer in business due to the economic downturn and Chase Bank. I have been with Douglas Elliman RE for two years. I have been a licensed agent for approximately five years and worked for a small and independent firm. I worked primarily with investors on purchases and the public for rentals. I closed multi family, mixed use, coops and commercial properties. My training was essentially through research, reading books and asking realtors who I met when I was a loan officer. I am taking advantage of the infinite knowledge that Elliman has to offer every week! My mantra is ownership and not giving up on a deal that makes sense. Everyone who works, saves and maintains good credit should own a home if they desire to own one. I have closed over 100M as a loan officer. They were as small as $250,000.00 to a luxury coop on Park Avenue valued at $13,000,000.00! The areas that I frequently work are Manhattan, and Brooklyn. I am doing my due diligence to work parts of Queens.
