Thomas lives by the David Ogilvy quote, “Where people aren’t having any fun, they seldom produce good work” — a philosophy that informs his approach to working in New York City real estate.

Thomas serves as the Director of Sales at Pear NYC, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, builds key partnerships, and equips the firm’s agents with the tools and training needed to succeed in New York City’s competitive real estate market.

Before joining Pear NYC, Thomas was the Vice President of Business Development at Platinum Forbes Global Properties. Thomas’ background also includes running his own brokerage, managing residential leasing, sales, and commercial transactions across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Before discovering his passion for real estate, he was a stockbroker on Wall Street and had a stint as a fashion publicist, giving him a unique blend of analytical discipline and creative instinct.

A firm believer in the art of the cold call, Thomas regularly hosts hands-on training sessions that sharpen agents’ skills and reinforce the fundamentals of proactive, relationship-driven brokerage.

Outside the office, Thomas enjoys day trading and is always in pursuit of the perfect New York slice. His current favorite is Luigi’s in South Slope.
