Whether you are relocating to New York for the first time or are moving up to a larger apartment to expand your family, I work efficiently and effectively with people of all cultures and walks of life. I believe I am a good listener, helpful, and knowledgeable of the market that I always go above and beyond to get approvals for special situation clients. While I specialize in Studios, One and Two bedrooms on the East Side of Manhattan (From East Village to Upper East Side) I work in all Manhattan neighborhoods. I am also a Queens Specialist and work with landlords from Astoria, Sunnyside, LIC, Jackson Heights, Forest Hills, Rego Park and Kew Gardens. A 40 year Queens residents I know the borough very well and know which neighborhood has the best to offer for each client's special situation.

Originally from Romania, I speak fluent Romanian, Hungarian and English, plus understand some Spanish and Polish. Graduated from St. John's University with a degree in Media Arts. Prior to real estate, I owned a Website Development company and served as Manager of Information Technology for the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel. Avid bike rider, and enjoy the beach in summer, going to live shows around town, and listening to all types of music from heavy metal to classical.
