Margaret Lebenson

Margaret Lebenson brings a client-first approach and deep market insight to every transaction she handles. Beginning her real estate career in 2016 as an exclusive buyer’s agent with Elika Associates, she provided dedicated advocacy and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA). Now at Douglas Elliman, she skillfully represents buyers and sellers across all five boroughs.

A longtime Brooklyn resident and current co-op board president, Margaret offers firsthand knowledge of NYC’s buildings and the co-op application process—an asset her clients greatly value. She is known for building lasting relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and attentive service.

Margaret holds a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr and an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU. She raised her family in Fort Greene and now lives in Midwood, enjoying Prospect Park and birdwatching in her free time.
