Nadia Hussey-Vidal

Nadia has more than 15 years of real estate industry experience. She started her career in Westchester County and landed in Brooklyn in 2015. She briefly left the business to practice Nursing and worked as a Pediatric Nurse for 5 years, but ultimately discovered her real passion for real estate and being of service to people.

Nadia focuses in both sales and rentals. Although most of her business is in Brooklyn, she has also sold condos in Harlem representing both buyers and renters. As a real estate agent, Nadia finds balance in knowing what her client wants as much as knowing what they don’t want. Both combined, help her service everyone in a unique and ideal fashion. Nadia has created profound relationships with her clients by establishing trust and cultivating an excellent referral business throughout the years.

Nadia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which enabled her to have a deep understanding of how people reveal their needs. Searching for a home is extremely personal and many people start off with a wish list that will evolve once the right questions are asked and those answers are unpacked.

Nadia is patient and always goes above and beyond for her clients. She listens to their wants and needs while respecting their dealbreakers in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. She aims to be a full-service agent for each client’s lifespan for their real estate needs.
