With an accomplished background that spans the worlds of hospitality and real estate, Blair Richardson is uniquely positioned to help New Yorkers find their dream homes.

Having previously worked at Luxury Attaché, Blair had the opportunity to cross paths with a wide range of New Yorkers, and to build an extensive network that comes in handy in his work as a real estate Representative. The experience also afforded him the chance to get to know New York City extremely well, neighborhood by neighborhood and block by block.

Blair has always been passionate about helping others, and fascinated by architecture and New York City real estate, which inspired him to learn everything about it that he could. Hardworking and personable, Blair's distinctive approach is to help his clients make the most educated decisions by advocating for them at every turn and applying his knowledge and expertise of the market in order to effectively guide them. "I will not stop until I find the perfect property for my client," he says.

Originally from Bakersfield, California, Blair received a BS in marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He now resides in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and is a dog lover as well as an avid golfer.
