He has resided in NYC all of his life, with the exception of two weeks in Bermuda where he was born, and four years out west in San Francisco. Raymond grew up on Houston Street and Avenue C, and went to school in the East Village and Upper East Side, giving him a unique insider’s perspective on the changing market. He attended New Lincoln High School, and graduated from Columbia College at Columbia University with a degree in Philosophy and Economics. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, he enjoyed great success in the high-end fashion/retail industry for 25 years. His strong sales and product background, and keen eye for value put Raymond a far step ahead of the game when it came to being an agent. He is a quick study when it comes to the market, and knowing what his clients want. Raymond, his partner and their son enjoy spending time in NYC and at their home on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. Cooking, skiing, swimming and travel are among his other interests.
