Chris Mutterer

Chris has always had a passion for New York City real estate, that started when he would spend the day with his father at work in multiple high rises throughout lower Manhattan. Upon graduating college in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, he immediately began to pursue his career in real estate. Before becoming an agent, he worked as an administrator for two different development projects with sales totaling over $250 million. Working with developers, buyers and agents, Chris's natural professionalism, positive energy and outstanding customer service has distinguished him in his field. With his strong interpersonal skills and work ethic, Chris is devoted to fulfilling each client's needs by going the extra mile and always doing so with a kind and professional disposition. He now calls the West Village home, and in his free time, you can catch Chris running along the Hudson, exploring the city and trying new restaurants.
