Mike Fabbri is a New York City luxury real estate agent, writer, connector, and industry thought leader known for his strategic approach to sales, marketing, and building a personal brand.

Born and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, Mike began his career on the corporate side of real estate, serving as Senior Director of Digital & Social Media at Douglas Elliman and later working in agent development at Compass, where he helped some of the industry’s top agents develop their businesses and marketing strategies. After making the leap into sales himself, he was named Manhattan Rookie of the Year at Corcoran and quickly established himself in New York’s competitive luxury market.

Over the course of his career, Mike has represented buyers and sellers across Manhattan and beyond, from first-time buyers to some of the city’s most significant luxury properties. His work has included more than $100 million in new development sellouts, record-setting transactions, and the marketing of exceptional homes in New York and internationally. His approach combines an intimate understanding of the market with creative storytelling, sharp positioning, and a network that extends far beyond traditional real estate.

That same interest in storytelling has become an increasingly important part of Mike’s work outside of real estate. He is a writer and columnist whose work explores real estate, New York, ambition, culture, and the personalities behind the deals. He is also writing fiction, including a thriller set inside the high-stakes world of New York City luxury real estate.

A graduate of Boston College, Mike has deep family roots in New York and a lifelong fascination with Manhattan’s history, architecture, and constantly evolving real estate landscape. He splits his time between New York City and Litchfield County, Connecticut, where he lives with his partner and their two dogs.
