Katherine O’Sullivan "Katie" has been buying and selling her own Sunnyside properties throughout her many years in Sunnyside. Enjoying the process she joined Welcome Home in 2016. She brings determination to all her deals drawing on her previous career as an Operations Director for a busy international art business. “I love the small town feel of this neighborhood, meeting my neighbors for a chat on the street and working in my garden. I joined the Welcome Home team with the hope of sharing my knowledge about Sunnyside and Woodside with others” . Katie is a neighborhood expert; organized, efficient and ready for any challenge.
