Gina Bartnik

A problem solver by nature, Gina is a Top Selling Brooklyn broker with over $100 million in gross sales volume. She is a Brooklyn specialist and has called the borough her home for 30+ years. Gina's partner in life and real estate is her husband, Kevin Bartnik, a Bay Ridge native whose family has called the neighborhood their home for 90 years.

Gina graduated from UCLA and moved to NYC to attend Columbia University, where she earned her Master’s in Applied Math. She spent the first part of her professional career as an actuary where she reached the pinnacle of the profession, surviving a rigorous exam process to become one of only 3800 Fellows of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS). During that time, Gina honed her analytical skills and attention to detail, which prove to be invaluable to her real estate clients.

When she's not out assisting buyers and sellers, she can be found playing tennis or ice hockey with her husband Kevin, or attending the many activities that her children participate in (Brooklyn Italians Soccer, Bay Ridge Prep Swim & Volleyball, and Xaverian Soccer, Track & Tennis.) Gina and Kevin currently live with their two children in their renovated pre-war townhouse in Bay Ridge.
