Zachary Berkowitz

Zach is a New Yorker, first and foremost. Originally from Brooklyn, he spent his formative years between NYC and Westchester giving him a well-rounded perspective of the metropolitan landscape. Throughout his twenties, Zach spent his time on the road with his band. Touring the world as a professional drummer, playing festivals, late night television and launching several legendary music venues in Brooklyn, his successful career in entertainment connected him with some of the city's coolest movers and shakers.

Starting a career in real estate in 2017, Zach’s love for, and intrinsic understanding of his native borough shows in every aspect of his work. Whether working with buyers, sellers or renters, he sticks beside his clients from the beginning to keys-in-hand.

With a finger firmly planted on the pulse of New York, Zach always knows what's happening around town. Whether it's the new cafe opening down the street or the Mom and Pop shop that has been a neighborhood staple forever, these are the things that make New York City the greatest place on earth, and Zach knows it.
