Talia McKinney

Talia McKinney, featured on Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing New York, believes in the power of relationships for real estate success. With over 7 years alongside Ryan Serhant, she now heads the "Talia McKinney Team" at SERHANT, where her patience and sincerity make the process easy and pleasant for clients, earning her countless referrals.

Covering buyers, sellers, developers and renters all across NYC, with 10 years of experience, she boasts a substantial record across co-ops, condos, and new developments, offering thorough guidance and commitment to client satisfaction. Her first sale was a $275K co-op and she just sold a $31.5M penthouse. She and her team do all price points all over NYC and the Hamptons. 

Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Talia's journey from state champion track star to NYC explorer led her through fashion, PR, events, and hospitality before finding her passion in real estate. Talia has been featured in numerous publications and TV programs including Million Dollar Listing NY, A&E, Pix News, The Real Deal, Robb Report, Martha Stewart Living, The Mann Report, Bravo TV, Netflix, Daily Mail, and more. 

She is a mentor and coach for, “Sell It Like Serhant.” She has appeared as a public keynote speaker locally and across the globe, as well as being a featured guest on many top podcasts. Now an established presence in the real estate community, she was sought out to be a speaker for TEDx and Inman, she is also the host of the exclusive LISTED show on Youtube called, "Tiny Spaces".

When not dashing between showings, Talia volunteers with Achilles International and NY Cares while competing in triathlons, marathons and exploring over 40 countries.
