She came to New York City in 2007 to pursue a career in fashion, and after earning her Bachelor’s in Fashion Design from Parsons, worked for some of the top names in the industry like Oscar De La Renta, Nicole Miller, Jill Stuart, Nanette Lepore, The Row and Sea NY. Living in the Financial District, Upper East Side, Washington Heights, Crown Heights, and Bay Ridge over the years affords her extensive knowledge of the best places to live and the most unique properties in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Inspired by her mother, an aspiring architect, and with her own background in design, Janely developed an early fascination for historical structures with charm and character. This keen appreciation of architecture, and strong eye for design and marketing, give her a unique ability to offer expert staging to make her clients’ properties shine, and lend creative vision to her customers seeking their dream home. Originally from Miami, Janely speaks English and Spanish fluently. When not entrenched in real estate and showing beautiful properties, she enjoys cycling, yoga, hiking, and anything to do with the ocean. Her other passions include tending to her many houseplants, learning about their species, and spending time at botanical gardens.
