Steven Chan

Steven Chan is the Principal Broker at North Park Real Estate. He has lived, worked and transacted real estate in New York City for 6 years. He focuses on helping buyers, investors, and landlords accomplish their individual property goals and transactions. He understands that each client has unique needs and applies his real estate expertise to bring each search or listing to a successful close. Steven spent his first 3 years living in the Financial District in Downtown Manhattan, and now calls Hells Kitchen in Midtown Manhattan home. He is an investor in and manager of real estate in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to becoming a broker, Steven worked in management consulting at an international consulting company. He is a licensed attorney in New York. He graduated from Brown University and completed his JD at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is a licensed broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
