Teresa holds a NYS License as an Associate Real Estate Broker, having displayed her expertise over a 10+ year career and representing over $100MM in transactions. She is the founder and leader of the Making NYC Home Team, and has excelled in not only mentoring agents around her but has also been an advisor to buyers and sellers of residential property accross NYC. Teresa built her real estate business through ingenuitive research, tracking new construction permits through the DOB, compiling outreach campaigns and expanding her network of superb industry professionals. 

Her creativity takes form in her personal blog brands, "Making NYC Home" and "Making Westchester Home", where she hones in on her passion for marketing the lifestyles of each property she represents. In an industry known to feel transactional and oftentimes jaded by sales agents with an "abrasive" negotiating style, Teresa's approach is consultative and relationship-based. She values keeping the calm in the midst of the chaos of supply and demand, and cherishes quality time with each of her clients, to really get to know them and advise on making long-term investment decisions. Having invested personally in real estate, she offers advice to help each client consider any aspect of their investment decision. She comes equipped with a network of industry professionals for all stages; from buying to selling, and maintaining your property.

Born in NYC, and raised in Westchester County, Teresa holds a Bachelor’s in International Business and Economics from Iona University. She has a natural knack for sales and unique marketing. She is well versed in the Westchester, Manhattan and Brooklyn Markets, as well as parts of Long Island City and Astoria.

Her motivation to educate her clients comes from her rooted cultural upbringing and frequent family pilgrimages to Italy. She has a love for the community, and the small businesses that create micro economies out of some of NYC's most beloved neighborhoods. She has a blog on Making NYC Home.com where she posts case studies and relevant neighborhood events that tie into property value and changing neighborhoods. Having purchased her first investment property in 2020, Teresa is in the process of expanding her rental portfolio and believes in the resilience of NYC as well as Westchester county as a hub of housing opportunities.
