Cassie Glover

Cassie Glover is a seasoned real estate advisor at Brown Harris Stevens with deep expertise in downtown Manhattan's townhouse market and luxury residential properties. A longtime resident of the historic West Village, she brings an insider's perspective to neighborhoods including SoHo, Tribeca, the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, PArk Slope and Brooklyn Heights. Her notable sales include a $14.8 million townhouse at 27 Vandam Street and a residence at the iconic Hotel des Artistes on the Upper West Side.

Cassie's commitment to New York City extends well beyond real estate. She served as a Trustee for Village Preservation (formerly GVSHP), where she chaired the organization's annual Spring House Tour Benefit for many years. Her passion for neighborhood sustainability and architectural preservation informs her approach to guiding clients through the city's most distinctive residential markets. She has also been active with the steering committee for Lincoln Center Kids and supports Grace Church School, The Go Project, and the American Ballet Theater, among other cultural institutions.

Before transitioning to real estate, Cassie worked as an Executive Publicist in the entertainment industry, experience that sharpened her communication skills and attention to detail. When not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children.
