Monika has nurtured her love for real estate over the years by becoming a property owner and investor herself: she has owned coops and condos in multiple states (NY, DC, CT) and overseas (the Netherlands and Saint Martin). This experience, her intimate knowledge of the Upper West Side and professional training in marketing and negotiating allow her to add significant value for her clients as she services their real estate needs. Monika's listening and organizational skills impress even the most demanding buyers and sellers. She is discreet, loyal, intuitive and attentive to detail. Monika first became a real estate salesperson in New York in 2004. She both worked at and managed boutique real estate firms earlier in her career. At Brown Harris Stevens she works alongside Naomi J. Davis, top Upper West Side broker, with 30 years of New York City residential sales experience. Monika has lived in Manhattan in various locations since late 1990’s. She currently lives in the Upper West Side with her family. Her two children attend public Upper West Side schools.
