Raised by a family with strong values, Niko has been consistently building his way to becoming a successful professional with well-defined goals in the real estate market. This is no surprise, as he was involved in a family-owned business in Serbia at an early age garnering valuable sales experience that shaped his customer-oriented character. After earning a degree in engineering, Niko worked in banking where he gained a true understanding of the value of money handling customers’ personal accounts and making business decisions. While with an airline in Dubai, he honed multicultural experience that also set the stage for his progression in real estate. Niko moved to the U.S. in 2011 and learned the NYC market from scratch at a boutique brokerage firm. Doing a hundred deals in just a year’s time, he knew his hard work, dedication and loyalty to his clients paid off, and laid the foundation of a lifelong career. Now a member of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Niko is eager to grow even further and achieve more for his clients with a talented group of associates. His goal is providing efficient and complete service to clients which is accomplished by constantly challenging himself with new, creative ideas.
