Kristen Suh is an Ivy League-educated real estate consultant with a background in political science and law. Educated at Dartmouth College, Harvard University, and the London School of Economics, she brings an exceptional work ethic to her role as her clients' most competent and tireless advocate. Nicknamed "The Professor" by clients and colleagues alike, Kristen takes pride in her vast personal library of hundreds of books and research reports spanning zoning law, urban economics, offering plan analysis, architecture, and interior design.

Kristen founded and built Team Arceon into one of New York City's premier new development powerhouses. From leading the sellout of Oosten, Williamsburg's landmark waterfront condominium, to serving as Sales Director at Sutton Tower — the East Side's tallest waterfront tower — and 250 West 96th Street — Thomas Juul-Hansen's masterpiece on the Upper West Side — her team's portfolio spans more than $1 billion in total sellout value.

As Founder and CEO of Arceon Group, with operations spanning Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Kristen regularly travels the world to exchange insights with economists and fund managers, and to host seminars on wealth creation and preservation through real estate investment in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
