Sam specializes in SoHo, NoHo, NoLiTa, Little Italy, East Village, LES, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, Flatiron/Union Square and represents buildings in Midtown East and UES. Finding an apartment in NYC is nothing to take lightly as Sam treats every search for his clients as if it were his own.

Sam graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Wagner College. While in college he also studied abroad in Dublin at Dublin City University and traveled to 13 different countries in the EU. Motivated by the ever-changing opportunities the city has to offer and the ability to make new friends from all walks of life, Sam loves knowing that one day at work will never be the same as another.
