Raised in a family with strong real estate background, Maritza Diaz worked in the real estate field since the 80’s. Maritza prides herself in excellence, integrity and professionalism while displaying attentiveness and diligence to her clients. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, landlord, renters, and investors. Before joining real estate industry, Maritza worked as facilities manager for major law firms in New York City. Having been a manager of large staffs for many years, she is proficient at juggling multiple projects and deals at one time. Maritza is equipped with a wide range of skills uniquely suited to the fast-paced New York market. Her main objective is to serve the best interest of her clients.
