Jeffrey Carlson

As a longtime Financial District resident and twelve-year real estate veteran, Jeffrey has been immersed in the area's changing residential landscape and emergence as a bustling mecca boasting luxury amenities, fine eateries, world class retail and leading industries. Jeffrey began his career in 2004 with a boutique Financial District firm and quickly excelled as a top producing agent. In 2007 with an entrepreneurial spirit and steadfast work ethic, Jeffrey focused on the management side of the business and with the help of his then business partner, grew the firm from five to 55 agents, producing over $13 million dollars in rentals and sales commissions over a three-year span. In the Summer of 2011, Jeffrey co-founded and launched Home New York, a full service, residential and commercial real estate brokerage headquartered on Wall Street. With honesty, integrity and collaboration his guiding principles, whether it be rentals, sales, marketing or management, customer service is always Jeffrey's first priority.
