Andrea (Andy) has been a resident of South Brooklyn for the past 20 years, and so has seen firsthand the transformation of the area during that time. While shopping to buy her first home in Ditmas Park with her husband Scott, Andrea re-discovered a passion for real estate. Thanks in part to her many years in the sales and service industry, Andy really listens to people, and works hard to understand their needs. With an additional background in construction and design, she is able to envision wonderful, unique possibilities that can enhance any property's ambiance and potential. Finding and transforming that diamond in the rough is her forte. Equally proficient in time management, problem solving, and detail organizing, Andy will guide you through the process seamlessly to ensure a streamlined, satisfying experience. Not here just to help you sell or buy a house, from staging and pricing to the closing day, Andy is with you every step of the way, to make your experience straightforward and as fun as possible! In her free time, Andy works as a food educator for Allergic to Salad and volunteers as the treasurer for Drama of works – A non-for-profit theatre company.
