As your broker, Marjorie serves as your advisor, advocate, and team member—an approach shaped by her earlier career in law. As her client, you have her full attention and care. Marjorie is diligent, informed, investigative, and always “for you.” She provides meaningful insights and market analysis, listens closely, and guides with confidence.

A native New Yorker, Marjorie attended New York City’s High School of the Performing Arts as a dancer before earning both her undergraduate and law degrees from Georgetown University. She has lived on the Upper East Side for more than 30 years.

Before joining Brown Harris Stevens in 2016, Marjorie enjoyed a successful career as an attorney. She practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett for over a decade and later worked on a complex compliance matter for the U.S. Department of Justice. She dedicated her pro bono efforts to landmark preservation matters.

Marjorie has served on the boards of Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts and the New York Landmarks Conservancy. She was a volunteer lawyer with the New York City Bar Association for many years and is currently an active volunteer in the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s 81st Street Studio for children.

A city mouse, Marjorie delights in offering recommendations for things to do and see throughout New York, from the latest ballets, shows, and art exhibits to hidden parks and gardens. Her goal as a broker is not simply to help others find a home, but to help them weave their own lives into the City’s extraordinary fabric
