Margot is a 15 year resident of New York City. She has comprehensive knowledge of all its diverse neighborhoods and what they have to offer prospective buyers and sellers. She has extensive experience working with challenging co-op boards and sensitive financial situations. Before transitioning to Real Estate she was the Vice President of Sales and Finance for a well known clothing manufacturer. She is a results-oriented professional with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills. She has thorough understanding of current economic trends and the ability to forecast and evaluate market fluctuations. Margot also spent many years living and traveling overseas and speaks fluent French.
