Michael Soheil has enjoyed an accomplished career which honed the very skills that have made him such a success in real estate. As a firm believer in property ownership, Michael possesses an admirable fluency in all facets of real estate, including townhouse, condominium and cooperative sales to new developments, investments and 1031 exchanges. He began as a paralegal working for New York's largest law firms in real estate finance, then spent many years in the fashion world as a designer, embraced by top retailers and featured in prominent publications including Vogue, The New York Times, and Cosmopolitan. It was when Michael purchased his first condo in New York City, in 2012, that his path took a different turn. He started investing in real estate, managing multiple properties, and ultimately decided to join the industry leader, Corcoran, as a sales representative. Michael is a tremendous asset for a broad clientele – everyone from buyers who he guides effortlessly through the purchase process, to sellers seeking the best return on their asset, to investors looking for a profitable addition to their portfolio. He is additionally skilled in the rental market, leasing his investors’ properties and finding his clients the home of their dreams. “I believe in treating my client’s real estate investments like my own. My background in design helps me in the aesthetic presentation of my listings. I work hard to get my sellers top dollar, and negotiate great deals for my buyers, building lasting relationships along the way.” Michael specializes in all neighborhoods of Manhattan and Brooklyn. He previously lived in Paris, France and Bologna, Italy. Michael holds a BA from Georgetown University in DC and attended Parsons School of Design in NY. He is impressively multilingual, with fluency in English, French, Italian, Spanish and Farsi.
