Marianne Camille Spraggins, Esq.

Marianne is a multifaceted professional, combining her expertise as an attorney and recovering investment banker with a deep passion for real estate. Her extensive background in law and finance, particularly on Wall Street, where she worked with institutional investors and capital markets debt issuers, equips her with the ability to identify opportunities, create value, and successfully close transactions for her real estate clients—whether they are seasoned investors or first-time homebuyers.

Marianne's diverse career includes serving as a law professor at New York Law School, where she taught Real Property, Trusts and Estates, and was a member of the Board of Trustees. In investment banking, where she was part of the pioneering team at Salomon Brothers that pioneered the developmrnt of the mortgage-backed securities market. She also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for the first Caribbean private equity fund. Additionally, she served as Senior Counsel to the Congressional Oversight Panel, overseeing the U.S. Treasury's $700 billion bailout program following the 2008 financial crisis. Marianne takes pride in her ability to listen attentively and navigate complex situations with determination. She thrives in the personal aspect of real estate, where each property and client presents unique challenges and opportunities. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with clients who value her expertise and judgment, striving to earn their respect and trust in every interaction.

A native New Yorker, she is a wellness advocate, fashionista and a political junkie. She tries to live her mantra, adopted from a greeting card in which an old farmer says, "Promise little, but do much".
