As the team leader of The Empire Team at Find Real Estate (formerly Spire Group/Oxford Property Group), she represents buyers, sellers, renters, and investors across all five boroughs, with a concentrated presence in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and The Bronx.

A Certified Buyer Representative, Power Agent, LIBOR-Long Island Board of REALTORS® and Chapter 66 of BNI of Manhattan (Business Network International), Martina is known for mastering complex negotiations while maintaining a thoughtful, client-first approach. Her extensive experience working directly with NYC landlords and her deep understanding of market trends allow her to source exceptional opportunities and navigate even the most challenging transactions with confidence and precision.

Martina speaks four languages—Bulgarian, English, Spanish, and French—which allows her to connect with a diverse clientele and bring a global perspective to the fast-paced New York City market.

Before real estate, Martina built an accomplished career in journalism after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Sofia University. She has written for international publications including Dow Jones, VICE, and Maxim, authored a novel, and worked in broadcast and digital media around the world—experience that sharpened her storytelling, marketing, and investigative abilities, all of which benefit her clients today.

In addition to her NYC real estate work, Martina is also an Airbnb host who enjoys welcoming guests and clients to Windham, where she brings the same warm, attentive hospitality that defines her real estate practice.
