Feargal Gleeson

Feargal Gleeson, who joined Brown Harris Stevens as a licensed R.E Salesperson, brings a wealth of experience in sales on both a business and personal level. Feargal has been described as both thoughtful and reliable from previous buyer and seller clients. His transition to the real estate industry came naturally, effectively navigating the market for both buyers and sellers.

Originally from Ireland, he graduated from University College Cork (UCC) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (English and Geography) in 2008 and then completed a Graduate Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning at Heriot-Watt University at Edinburgh, Scotland in 2009. After moving to New York, Feargal began working with the Dept. of City Planning NYC in the Urban Design Dept. This provided him with the skills and tools needed to distinguish the unique neighborhoods in New York City. He gained the ability to identify one’s connection to each neighborhood based on personal interests, desired living quarters, and community involvement.

His real estate business is built upon a seasoned foundation of listening, good communication, and anticipating and satisfying the needs of his clients. By applying his proven unique sales strategy, keen pricing, out-of-the-box marketing, and expert negotiation, he ensures his clients are well-served. “Daily, I build my success upon the happiness and referrals from my clients. Feargal has lived in New York City since 2009: Downtown, in Brooklyn, Midtown, and currently in a brownstone building on the Upper West Side. He enjoys living in New York City for all of the constant energy, diversity, and opportunity it has to offer. Feargal is a current member of the New York Athletic Club located on New York’s elegant Central Park South. This club is globally renowned as one of the most prestigious private clubs in the world.
