Sida decided to go into the real estate business because of her baseline experience of home ownership and helping several friends of hers in terms of house hunting. After several involvements in purchases related to housing, she gained confidence but did not own her real estate license to help those who have little knowledge about the real estate business. In 2015 she decided to act upon her new interest and finally strived to acquire her real estate license. Sida has now worked in real estate for about one year now. She enjoys working with anything: condos, co-ops, houses, and rentals and is always happy to help anyone who has any real estate inquiries. The thing that she enjoys the most about her job is that it does not require a time bound routine. Every day is a new experience. She loves learning about the wide scopes of back grounds of each client and their interests. Sida enjoys living and working in Queens because it is a city that never sleeps and that the housing demand is so high. She gets the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people from different diversities, cultures, and customs. Her future career goals is to eventually become a real estate broker, to strengthen her knowledge on real estate, and to achieve self satisfaction after helping others to own a house. Sida’s personal interests and hobbies are socializing, helping minded/dependable/goal-oriented people, and developing her knowledge on the real estate business.
