Before transitioning into real estate, Ladie built an extensive administrative and client-service career supporting senior leadership at major financial institutions including Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management, Credit Suisse, and Bear Stearns. That experience sharpened her organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage complex transactions with precision — qualities she brings to every real estate relationship.

Ladie earned a BA in Sociology from Hunter College CUNY and a Master's degree from the Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College CUNY. Alongside her real estate career, she is a professional singer who performs in five languages across opera, oratorio, and concert productions. Her artistic background gives her a powerful command of marketing, storytelling, and communication that sets her apart in a competitive industry.
