For the past 22 years Jessica has immersed herself in the many moving parts of both commercial and residential real estate. Performing in these distinct worlds, Jessica is able to exercise her talent in unique ways that benefit both buyer and seller. She has an extensive background in brownstone sales, investment sales, co-ops, and condo projects. She's worked at the top agencies in NYC/Brooklyn including: William B. May, Brown Harris Stevens, Christie's, City Connections and TerraCRG. For 5 years she worked under Steve Asch a commercial real estate veteran who sold his company to NEWMARK KNIGHT FRANK. She has worked independently and exclusively with developers acquiring property and being involved in all aspects of the conversion process. She has represented several retail tenants including MOSCOT, AMERICAN EAGLE, RX30, NEW YORK'S FACE PLACE, MANDEES, BIRCH COFFEE, PUREBARRE.
