Eugene Liu

Eugene is a highly experienced broker, part of a team with sales volume of over $120M in sales last year, along with countless rental deals. He specializes in Downtown Manhattan and Northern Brooklyn (Downtown, DUMBO, Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope), but works in all other neighborhoods as well. Eugene is fluent in both English and Cantonese. 

As a native New Yorker, Eugene understands how this city operates and absolutely loves it. His understanding of the market allows him to help both experienced investors and first time buyers/sellers make smart decisions. Eugene takes pride in providing the best service to his clients, and believes that the entire journey should be enjoyable, exciting, and pleasant. At the end of the day, he views his clients as lifelong friends. 

Eugene knows that the home buying process starts with listening and understanding what the client is looking for. His sharp eye and attention to detail allows him curate selections for his clients, ultimately saving them time and matching them with the home of their dreams. Eugene is well versed in modern marketing techniques to target audiences around the world. He understands that the best photography and staging will result in the top prices for his sellers. Showing a beautiful apartment is perhaps his favorite part of the job next to connecting with his clients. Each property has its unique features, and Eugene is an expert at highlighting them to potential buyers.

In his spare time, Eugene loves to travel, take photos, swim, and explore the amazing culinary scene of New York City. Eugene is an alumni of Long Island University, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He also spent a semester studying abroad at Zhejiang University, one of the top Universities in China.
