Adam Feinberg

Adam Feinberg combines more than 16 years of capital markets experience with a passion for educating clients about Manhattan real estate. Before becoming a real estate advisor, he consulted with investment banks, hedge funds, and a global derivatives exchange, and later managed professional development programs within investment banking. Today, he applies that same analytical and educational approach to helping buyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions.

A Manhattan condominium owner for 20+ years, Adam also served more than a decade on the Board of Managers for his Hamilton Heights building, including terms as Treasurer and President. His experience provides clients with practical insight into the financial, governance, and operational issues that can affect condominium ownership and property values.

While Adam assists clients throughout Manhattan, he has become particularly known for his expertise in the Upper West Side and Upper Manhattan. He regularly advises on neighborhood-specific topics such as HDFC cooperatives, 421-a tax abatements, townhouse valuation, SRO buildings, and financing challenges involving unwarrantable condominiums.

Adam is the author of the Howard Hanna NYC Townhouse Buyer's Guide, The Manhattan Investor's Buyer's Guide, and The HDFC Buyer's Guide, and is the creator and host of Harlem Stories, a podcast exploring the people, culture, history, architecture, and real estate of Upper Manhattan.
