Tim has owned and resided in a brownstone, pre-war condo, and a co-op in several Brooklyn neighborhoods, and now lives in a high-rise condo in Downtown Brooklyn. He understands the joys and challenges of home ownership and appreciates the special combination of old and new that has seamlessly converged in the Brooklyn neighborhoods that he represents. Tim enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, and creative writing. He is also an avid theatergoer and loves to explore the city he calls home.
