Danielle Berger joined CORE with a deep appreciation for the practical and personal factors involved with making real estate decisions. She embraces each client’s circumstance with enthusiasm, creativity and collaborative purpose. Having lived around the country and abroad before settling in New York City twenty years ago, she has developed her natural affinities for design and architecture into passionate professional endeavor. Whether she is prepping a property for sale or finding her client the perfect home, her dedication, empathy and acumen make for a smooth and joyful client journey. Danielle brings a sophisticated eye, high integrity and steadfast resilience to the challenges of navigating the competitive and fast paced New York City real estate climate. Prior to entering real estate, Danielle worked in marketing and promotions at HBO before going on to produce award-winning documentary television for clients including CNN and MTV. Danielle also ran a successful bed and breakfast in Hawaii. She grew up in the Midwest, graduated from Brown University and currently resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
