Kevin Siu

Kevin Siu is a ‘09 graduate of Cornell University from the esteemed School of Hotel Administration. His professional career path began in finance with the historical unwind of Lehman Brothers’ credit derivatives portfolio. Due to his strong work ethic, he was even rewarded by the government for his rapid yet accurate results to creditors. Mr. Siu then continued his derivatives career at Nomura Securities by improving efficiency in their legal and operational matters. To further diversify his financial background, Kevin was also acquired by Credit Suisse’s Private Banking sector to revamp and upscale their operations while collaborating and negotiating with third party vendors. Kevin Siu is a licensed Salesperson at Fultonex Realty experienced in both commercial and residential leasing and sales. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of Fultonex - from marketing to finding new deals with the President and supporting colleagues in all aspects of the business. As one of two sales associates of the Flushing Commons sales center for residential and office units, he has aided with the sales of 50% of each tower within only a few weeks of opening. Mr. Siu has also assisted with the commercial/retail leasing at One Fulton Square. Currently an exclusive sales associate for another new mixed-use development called Tangram and again helped sell 50% of the residential and office towers within a few weeks of opening. Not only does he delve in sales but he also supports F&T Group on specific assignments by providing market research knowledge and insight from his sales experiences (ie. EB-5 funding).
