Kim Parshley

My name is Kim Parshley and I am licensed by the Department of State to practice real estate in New York. I have been a salesperson for over 20 years. I am a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors , the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Multiple Listing Service. Being a member of the Multiple Listing Service has great benefits. Some of the wonderful perks include access to many homes for sale in one particular area. I can also list my properties for sale/rent which in turn gives other realtors of the Multiple Listing Service access to my inventory. This benefits both the buyer and the seller. Born and raised in Astoria, Queens, I have knowledge of the area and have some amazing memories that I will always cherish. Astoria is a fun and convenient place to live. It has everything apartment seekers and real estate investors are looking for. Astoria has many restaurants, cafe's, markets, shops, gyms, parks, spa's, movie theaters and so much more... It has been a place I call home and will continue to do so. I love helping people find a house that they can call home too. My job is very rewarding. It makes me happy to see that I am changing someone's life just by finding them a place to live. What would we do without shelter? It's a really big deal. Many people send me flowers, wine, gifts and beautiful thank you cards. It is quite touching. Just knowing that they are happy is the best gift of all.
