Valerie Damico is a powerhouse in New York and New Jersey real estate, bringing over 21 years of industry expertise and a record of remarkable achievements. Raised in Queens, she began cultivating her business skills early by helping her father manage retail grocery chains and wholesale produce operations in Brooklyn. This foundation sparked her entrepreneurial journey, ultimately leading her to a successful career in real estate.

Valerie quickly established herself as a top broker in the competitive New York City market, achieving numerous records and earning recognition for her innovation, teaching, and speaking skills. She became the #1 recruiter nationwide for her company, advancing to the role of International Corporate Trainer. In this role, she traveled across North America, delivering seminars, breakout sessions, and keynote speeches at major conferences for thousands of real estate professionals. Her television appearances, interviews, and keynotes are available on YouTube, and her expertise has been featured in Broker/Agent magazine.

Now an Associate Broker with REAL Brokerage and licensed in both New York and New Jersey, Valerie is also a faculty member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR) and a licensed real estate instructor. Her passion for education and mentorship extends to her community involvement and international ministry work. She actively supports "Royal Friend," a ministry providing Sunday church meals as an outreach in Guatemala, and has contributed to projects supporting young women in crisis pregnancies and teens in NYC homeless shelters.
