Keith Gauntlett

Keith is a native Brooklynite who currently lives in Bedford Stuyvesant, where he purchased his first home 13 years ago. Keith is a board member of the 200-block association of Decatur street, where he is actively involved in the community and is responsible for fundraising, and marketing for the association. In 2018, Keith started buying auction properties, and rehabbing them for market value. Keith has a long history in the medical field, where he worked for the top hospitals in New York such as NYU, New York Presbyterian, and Methodist Hospital in finance. However, he had a passion for real estate sales and decided to make a career change selling homes from all throughout the tri-state area. As a young real estate investor, he found that he had a talent for evaluating homes and understanding markets as so happened to manage two brownstones in Brooklyn on his own. He then decided to earn his real estate license and target the Brooklyn market. Keith is also a John Jay graduate with a master’s degree in inspection and oversight. Keith believes his clients are the most important part of his business.
