Julie Cummings Siff

Julie Cummings Siff was born in Bel Air, California and graduated from the Chadwick School in Rolling Hills, California. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont. She has lived in Mexico and Japan and is fluent in Spanish.

Research is something Julie has always enjoyed and she excels in finding apartments with exceptional architectural details and unusual spatial concepts. For the past fifteen years, she has worked in partnership with Ghislaine Absy. Together, they specialize in high-end properties and have negotiated the sale of important properties in major New York buildings such as the Sherry Netherlands, 480 Park Avenue, 525 Park Avenue, 812 Park Avenue, 781 Fifth Avenue, The Osborne on West 57th Street, a residence on MacDougal Alley and other notable townhouses.

Julie has assisted new UN delegates adapt to life in New York City for many years as an active board member of the Hospitality Committee for United Nations Delegations.
