Stephanie Dong Chin, Real-estate Broker of New World Realty Group LLC has been native to Brooklyn for the past 35 years. Since 1997, Stephanie has been ardently serving the Brooklyn community, staying true to her values of hard work, integrity, and giving back to the community. She lives in Marine Park with her loving husband and two kids. Immigrating from China, Stephanie is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, ZhouShanese, and ShangHainese. Her first job when she came to America was at a sewing factory during the close of her high-school years. Later, she worked as a cashier. From there, she developed a strong background and interest in business. After graduating from Baruch College with a bachelor's degree, Stephanie joined the banking industry, became an accounting manager, and then finally settled in real-estate, a field that truly suits her. After working at a prestigious real-estate for fifteen years, Stephanie decided to use her experience to pursue her goal in building her own real-estate business based on trust, reliability, and integrity in the Sheepshead Bay area. Her top priorities are ensuring smooth communication between the client and potential buyers, going the extra mile to make the real-estate process as stress-free as possible for the client, and to develop long-lasting relationships that extend beyond the final transaction. Majority of her sales are from referrals from past clientele and people like you, and Stephanie's greatest reward is having the opportunity to serve people and their real-estate needs.
