Dennis Stillwell brings his vast experience in marketing and advertising to his clients having owned his own advertising agency and Internet marketing services company. He designed and received a U.S. patent for Web application that sets up, places and tracks newspaper advertising around the world. For this reason, he particularly values the association between Brown Harris Stevens and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRCW) - 550 affiliates across 55 countries and other productive relationships with leading real estate firms throughout the world in promoting his clients’ properties to local, national and international buyers. As former president of his co-op board, Dennis has a thorough understanding and insight of co-op boards and their policies which he uses to expertly guide his buyers and sellers through the application process. Dennis’ unique qualities including an affable nature, his understanding of complex financial matters and positive can-do attitude help him navigate both buyers and sellers through the entire sales process. Dennis is part of the Linda Stillwell team at Brown Harris Stevens and offers his clients a total blend of skills, creativity and real estate experience as well as exceptional service ready to respond in this fast moving New York City real estate scene. He continually gives back to the community in such ways through his work as a former Board President of a Day Care Center in NYC’s Hell’s Kitchen, as an Elder at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church. Dennis, a third degree black belt, also taught karate. He is a member of The Union League Club and served as Chairman of the Art Committee. Dennis earned a BS degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University with a major in finance. Dennis G.
