Florrie Milan Beldock

On her 30-year anniversary of selling New York real estate, Florrie loves the business as much as she did on day one. She attributes her success to her ability to listen to her buyer or seller, and her thorough knowledge of the product, which allows a perfect match to be made. From doing her diligence by continually previewing properties, to knowing everything there is to know about a property for sale - from building to board, amenities, past sales and comps, Florrie is always well prepared. She is serious about her business and passionate about people, with a personality that wins everyone's heart. "Every client is a priority and deserves to be serviced as if they were my only client. They must be able to trust you, and communicate with you all the time as their agent, to put their mind at ease during one of life's most major decisions." Born and raised in Manhattan, Florrie is a graduate of The Dalton School for high school and of Endicott College. She grew up in the fashion business (with her mother the renowned Janice Milan), and was a fashion model before entering the world of sales. Florrie was V.P. of Kasper J.L. Sport, then ran her own private label clothing business until 1988 when she pursued the rewarding field of residential sales at top NYC brokerage firms. Florrie has a strong interest in the arts and has memberships at most of the city's museums. She is also an animal lover and activist.
