Alan Lupiani has over twenty years of combined high level administrative, business, and sales experience living and working in New York City. Prior to his career in real estate, which began in 2017, Lupiani served as the Administrative Co-Director of the AICAD New York Studio Residency Program, a prestigious collegiate Art Residency Program serving nationally recognized private art colleges and institutions. Lupiani finds value for clients and landlords alike in the highly competitive New York real estate market. He currently specializes in listing apartments in Brooklyn (Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Sunset Park, Ridgewood, Sunnyside, Woodside, LIC) and also NO FEE apartments. Lupiani has also recently completed his first retail commercial lease and will be expanding into residential sales in 2020.
