Specializing in luxury new development and tried and true resales, Marc holds special relationships with a large network of contacts across multiple aspects of the business. His broad real estate background includes staging, directing photo-shoots and marketing campaigns, working with buyers and sellers, leading the leasing team for a leading downtown property manager, and at the beginning of his career serving as the assistant to the #2 team in his company.

Marc has completed transactions with the leading brokers and developers in the industry while architecting record-breaking sales throughout different neighborhoods and buildings. This extensive knowledge, coupled with his vast connections, access to off market deals, and big-picture thinking allows him to envision rising neighborhoods and identify undervalued properties before they're in demand.

Raised in a third generation family from Harlem and Brooklyn, Marc has New York City Real Estate in his blood. He has maintained residences in both Manhattan and Brooklyn since 2003, finally settling into his coop on the West Side. His interests include environmental and architectural innovation, music, literature, film, design, and SoulCycle.
