Kinga Assulin

With more than ten years of residential real estate experience, Kinga truly enjoys meeting people and helping them to secure their new homes. Her warm and friendly personality immediately puts her customers at ease. She is a dynamic real estate professional, specializing in rentals and sales throughout the city, including many neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens. Kinga attentively discusses her customers’ requirements and then formulates a thorough course of action to fulfill their goals. She is a superior negotiator and she expertly navigates the complexities of all aspects of residential sales and rentals. Prior to becoming a sales professional, Kinga served as Leasing Manager for a large brokerage firm, gaining a tremendous amount of experience working on both sides of sale and rental transactions. Born in Poland and raised in New York City, she is very familiar with all five boroughs. When she is not hard at work, Kinga enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, reading, photography, and she is passionate about fighting for animal rights.
