Prior to launching a career in real estate, Maria honed her networking, communications and problem solving skills during 15 years in nonprofit development and marketing and four years in city government. She also spent a decade in the retail industry working with high-end clientele at Giorgio Armani couture and Calvin Klein. With strong expertise in Washington Heights and the Upper West Side, this native New Yorker is well versed in all the city's neighborhoods.
